Arachnoid cyst question(Some Please Help Me)

I have an arachnoid cyst in the left parietal region of my brain. I found out about it when I was 16 and am no 23 years old. I started having stomach problems when I was 14 and one day I was working when I 16 and out of the blue had something the doctors diagnosed as a 'panic attack' as I was rushed to the hospital because my legs turned to jello, I was dizzy and had muscle weakness all over.

They did a CT scan at the hospital and told me the cyst did have some mass to it but didn't think it was a problem.

Since then I haven't had any attacks like that but have been getting worse muscle weakness in my legs and arms, have an intolerance to too much heat or cold, am fatigued all the time, have problems with my coordination, get bad headaches, ringing in my ears, blurred vision, muscle weakness in my face, trouble swallowing, an insanely strong gag reflex, random lung weakness, memory problems, pain in the area of my skull the cyst is located, problems sleeping, ED, numbness and tingling, there are times I fall out of it and start slurring or stuttering my speech, my pupils dilate randomly.
blurred vision and when I do anything physical with my arms if I do too much(which isn't a lot for normal people) the muscles in my forearms get so tight they feel rock hard and I lose control of my fingers.
When I do too much with my legs they start shaking and get really weak and I can't always control the shaking.
I don't know what's going on and I can now feel the bulge on top of my head where the cyst is located. I have so many symptoms of what an arachnoid cyst can cause and they recently ordered a new MRI as the last one I had was 3 years ago but didn't seem to think that's causing any problems and mostly did it because I asked, they believe I have one of more conditions but haven't diagnosed them yet.

The following is from the MRI report done 3 years ago "There is a left parietal region arachnoid cyst measuring 3.6 x 4.5 x 1.9 cm. The arachnoid cyst scallops the inner table of the calvarium and is located just to the left of the superior sagittal sinus."

I know most of you are reading this thinking I am a complete nut case but I'm not and these symptoms are very real and sometimes painful. I also get light headed upon standing which has been getting worse, had an abnormal stress test, chest pain and random heart flutters. Someone please help me figure this out PLEASE!!

I sent you a PM with similar info.

Are your drs doing other tests to rule in/out other conditions?
