I would appreciate your thoughts on this

I have been using Ty for nearly three successful years, and I am due for my next infusion in a couple of days.

In the last week or so, I have had a UTI, and both of my kids have had flu - along with fever and general malaise.

I feel pretty good now, but am wondering are these in the warning signs for delaying an infusion? If I do have it, how would this increase my chances of an adverse reaction?

Just wondering if anyone knows all this stuff.

Thanks

Lyn

I don't take TY but I've read that any infection or sickness should be brought to your Neuro's attention and the infusion will most likely be postponed. I wouldn't chance it. Let the Neuro make the call. Good luck!

It shouldn't hurt to postpone your shot a month or two. As Kelly said, I wouldn't chance it.

I hope you and your Family feel better soon.

Discuss it with the Medical Personal at the Infusion or call your Neuro. That is the only way to get a good answer.

you should call your infusion center and ask them what they think. mine had me wait a couple weeks until i was over it when i caught a chest cold
