Rehmannia sources

I emailed your query to my acupuncturist/Traditional Chinese Medecine doctor who responded with the following comment:

"There are lots of formulas that contain rehmannia. There are also 2 different types of rehmannia that are used in TCM. SHeng Di Huang which is for clearing heat and cooling the blood as well as yin deficiency. or Shu Di Huang which is for blood and yin deficiency. They are probably talking about Shu Di Huang just based on symptoms. I have that in the liquid extract form but generally it is better combined with other herbs in a formula like a community working together on a common goal."

Rehmannia is readily available through Amazon.

I would be curious to see if we can get any PWP who have used Rehmannia to give us some anecdotal reports. With most supplements we discuss here that have "reported or rumored" effectiveness with PD, they are supposedly neuroprotective (typically antioxidants). However, with this supplement, it supposedly works on a very observable symptom, LID. It should be relatively easy to take the pills and see if they reduce dyskinesia. If anyone on this forum has used Rehmannia, please post your observations.
