I had a lip biopsy done in 2000 and it was + for inflammation, but they didn't diagnose SjS then. Later I had a skin biopsy done for nerve density. That showed small fiber neuropathy. Later, around 2006, my ANA spiked very high. It was off and on for a while and then stayed high. It has been >1:1280 for over a year.
