A Delicate Honest Forum question

It has been several months since we all have been together. And not everyone has been able to either find their way back, or have emotionally, or physically been ready to come back.
I do know of some who are emotionally warn right out. What ever the reason, I miss them!! Very much.
But I guess i also have a little inside understanding that sometimes in the mist of our love for those individuals, we can add a certain amount of pressure for them to return before they are ready too.

I was wondering, how do we go about letting these people know we love them, with out contributing to an already stressful time.

I know it can be a delicate balance, but truthfully, I'm not sure how to go about it.

thank you for reading, and understanding, and for all imput.. After all we are a family

Lizzie, bless you for bringing up the question. I'm posting on both our wonderful new NeuroTalk, and OBT, but this is really home. I read the posts on the other, and would love to PM all of them and invite them here, but feel kind of constrained. I would just feel guilty about using the other site itself as the means of 'recruiting' friends to this one. But that's just me! Maybe others have a different take on it. I know mention has been made on OBT of this site, and even a link posted in one of the threads, and I did comment in that thread that I also post here. And I was VERY glad of the opportunity to do so, and that the link had been posted.
But I don't know how to contact anyone other than through the sites. Curious' suggestion seems excellent if you know how to contact others. I hope they all find us here! And as I've mentioned in other threads here, THIS is where I'm really investing myself.
Hugs,

thank you for understanding

You know it is so hard, and is a very difficult balance to make. You see, I know a couple of people who are going through a trying time, and when we ask, and even though it's in love, and through missing them, it has caused them additional stress, and they have felt almost pressured to come back, or post when they really werent' up to it. And it wasn't anything personal, just that they needed a break from either the forums, or just needed to consentrate on other things in their lives.
So, I was just wondering if we could all come up with a way, of letting them know, we love and miss them, with out them feeling pressured, or quilty for not posting,or helping in getting MG information out there.
I do miss the old group though.
love lizzie

I agree with Curious. When people know they are not forgotten but are in the thoughts and hearts of others, it can make an unbearable day a bit brighter.

I send funnies to some of my friends who are too sick or taking a hiatus from attending support forums. This includes them, letting them know that they are in your thoughts. Eventually, I hear from them privately and they are always appreciative.

Being new to this forum, can somebody briefly explain the OBT forum for me and perhaps others?

Thank you
