Hi, my name is Peter, was diagnosed with idiopathic small fiber neuropathy back in early 2009 via a skin biopsy - have numbness and tightness in my toes and balls of both feet - haven't started taking any drugs yet - but I things are slowly getting worse.

Yep, PN can be scary, it deserves respect. BUT, you can learn to live with it and maybe even get better!
