It's times like this that I most miss Pter and his wise words. He would come riding in here and tell you that you are in a fight for your very life. He'd tell you that you need to charge at that black demon who has his death grip on you. He could say it so well, because he spent so many years fighting with it.

He would remind you that every moment you're alive you are winning...you are surviving. :hug:

I wish I could help you abbie...wish I knew more about your life, the circumstances that have dragged you into the pit. The important thing for you to know is that we care and like we said to BJ, there is no shame in asking for help.

the ole saying..one day at a time..well...i know the horrible pain you have sweet abbie. so hour by hour?

keep those precious nephews in your mind. i know how much you love them. all kids need as many people to give them love as possible.

i do agree with you about bj. it took a heap of courage to get herself checked in. sometimes it just takes making that leap. let somebody else do the catching and caring for.
