Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the tip, I didn't know this. I am one of those always looking for an easy way and then I don't have any energy to stay with it. I am trying hard this time, for it is tireing me out, carrying all the weight around. It seems I don't like the best of foods to eat on a diet either. Things like fish and turkey, I dislike.

If you can help us out, please let us know. Again Thanks!

She is right about B-12 and energy. Make sure however that you take the sublingual methyl kind, much better absorption.

Every one seems to have more energy on B12 except me. :confused: My B12 levels are good and I take sublingual B12 daily. I have a peripheral neuropathy as a result of a B12 deficiency.
I have lost quite a bit of weight in the past year. So, I know this lethargy is not connected to weight. Must be my MS. :(
