Does anyone have a sit/stand desk?

If so, would you please tell me how you like it? My P.T. is recommending one, and I'd like some feed back from others before I purchase one.

Thanks,

Maddy

Maddy, I had one of these back in the 80's, and found it very hard to use.
An unnatural posture and a real nuisance to try to adapt to.
If you are keen, try it well before you buy.
It might feel OK for a minute or so, but try it for half an hour or more.

A What?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what this discussion is about. Adjustable height so you can sit or stand, or some kind of ergonomic chair thingy that you kneel on?

Maddy, could you post links to images of some of these so I understand?
(I've worked at different jobs with different kinds of "desks"/workstations - just want to be on the same page...)
