Tinnitus and Hearing Loss Issues

I know there are other Tinnitus posts here but I'll start this one. Talking with some folks on my other health group and so many with tinnitus and hearing loss too. I've had tinnitus but it's gotten so much less in the last year or so...and in doing some research I found this link with the connection of elevated Homocysteine levels and tinnitus and hearing loss. I've been taking B6, methylfolate, B12 and TMG for about 3 yrs and this could be why my tinnitus issues have improved.

So many doctors concentrate on cholesterol and don't seem to go to homocsysteine for heart issues. Mine did the test and found my homocysteine was elevated, so now it's coming down thanks to the above supps. And tinnitus is hardly ever with me anymore.

There is a book I own: The Heart Revolution and it's talks about homocysteine being the culprit to heart disease..Not cholesterol.

Talk to your doctors about this homocysteine, could be a big issue for you too.
