Is this true or false? Really confused

Is it true if a person on ssdi moves, that suddenly triggers a full review? I wouldnt think this could be true, but i really dont know.

I want to move, but if a move will cause a full review then am not gonna move.
I dont need the stress of that. I have been on ssdi since 2000 and have been getting 3 year reviews. My last one was this year with the 6 question form. When i got back the decision of that form, ssdi changed my review dates from 3 years to 7 years. I never have too much luck in life and i really dont want to disturb something that is going smooth for me, for a change in life.

So if anybody knows the answer to this question, i would really appreciate the help. This way i can keep looking at houses or just close the book on that idea and stay where iam.
Thank you
Bobby

No, I don't believe that is true. I've moved twice since being approved with no trigger. When my CDR's did occur after moving, they were the short form.

So Lit Love, when you moved it didnt trigger a cdr form to be sent to you, when it wasnt really time for your cdr yet?

Thanks for the answer

Correct.

You're welcome.

No way is that true. Neither SSA nor DDS have the man power to do full reviews on everyone who moves. Medical reviews are done anywhere from one to seven years based on likelihood of improvement in your condition. Your review period is set by the disability examiner or the ALJ that awarded benefits. Financial reviews are done on SSI usually annually. A living arrangement review is done on SSI when you move to verify whether or not you are paying a fair share of the housing expenses.

FALSE.

People move all the time. Some recipients move more than once a year. Others move every year. Some never move. Moving has zero to do with medical improvement.
