temper went up again

just enrolled in autopay for my credit card. I spoke with four people. I realized she authorized a payment the day before the cycle ended. I called back and got a total idiot whose accent was so thick I hardly understood. what a dope.
I asked to get me another agent. She was superb and did what was necessary.
I asked to speak with her manager to tell my experience. I told the manager how wonderful Jessica was and how lucky they were to have her. I told her the second person was a total idiot besides being hard to make out what she was saying. I also told the first made a gross mistake. The manager thanked me for taking the trouble to call and she would look into the other two people.
I don't have patiences for idiots.

Glad you had praise and took the time to talk about Jessica.

Many wont do that.

i was so lucky to get Jessica. Now I am trying to make my life as less complicated as possible. I pay my rent and electricity through click pay that automatically takes money from my checking account. my spectrum and heath insurance automatically goes to my credit card. It is great.

That is good Bobby.

I like some of my bills going straight to my credit card
also. I would also send my utility bills to it but it would
make my husband Dale mad. HE doesn't want them
on that. SO I pay by check.

Some credit card companies give you 2 choices

pay the minimum or
pay the entire thing off each month.
We do it that way our credit cards are from capital

one and we earn interest with each purchase. 1.5%
I get a check for $100 dollars every few months.
We have never paid any interest to capital one

because we pay off the balance each month automatically.
I hardly write any checks these day.

It is nice doesn't take too long to balance
the account. Hubby took over the check book
because I was overwhelmed.

I AM Bipolar 1. I feel very close to you after reading your post. Today I had VERY similar experiences v.i.a email AND phone contact........3 TIMES ! Like you I have NO patiencde for idiots. The "accent thing" is getting more and more common. What the **** is someone so hard to understand doing customer service ? Doing business on the Internet sure is a mixed bag of tricks. I don't know if it's worth the trouble. My experience is that about one third of the time, something goes wrong.

i feel close to you.. I must admit some of the accents I really enjoy and ask where they are. Some are sharp. Hopefully I will forget soon that last moron.I did report her and asked Chase why they hired an idiot that you couldn't understand which would have been worthless anyways. I did give high praise to another who took over and when they are special I try to tell their manager.
I need the internet now to get food, get books, use amazon etc.

this made me happy. JPMorgan Chase will pay $200 million in fines to U.S. regulators for using WhatsApp to get around federal record-keeping laws

Bobby

You really make some of the best finds on the internet for us.

Thanks for finding that one.
