I am not well....
 

I think that I am getting hypomanic....I have been on the computer non stop today. I went and visited a neighbor(I never met her before, elderly woman, nice as could be... this afternoon and chatted with her for an hour.)
I got up early to get on line then read the newspaper which I never do. Had 3 cups of coffee and went to breakfast at 11am ate 3 eggs with spinach and a side of ham and brocolli and tomato juice.from 4;30 pm to now I have been reading blogs, checking facebook, email, ordered a years worth of fish oil capsules by mistake. did not eat dinner until 745pm I was almost shaking I was getting hypoglycemic.Then i realized that I forgot to take my pills today after lunch so no geodon in my system...I jsut took it now. I totally did not do my paperwork that I was going to do today.....jeff is at a gig and won't be home for a while....I have been sober of alcohol for a while now but this internet addiction has its teeth in me.

Focus on staying o.k. tonight.
You will be better soon when the meds and the Geodon kick in.
In the meantime, find a healthful way to soothe yourself.

I think I will take a shower, I forgot when I took one last, not a good sign.

A hubby home, and a shower are a great way to feel better. Even if we force our self in the shower. Maybe you can call and change the order or just refuse it when it delivers. I have done both when I realized I didn't order before thinking it through, or reading the fine print.

I am betting the lovely lady was so happy for the company. About the computer, I know when I am a lone I am on it a lot more, maybe all day. Paying bills, doing work, reading even watching an old show on Net Flix.
