I'm sure it's a good book, and I'm glad that you think it will be helpful :)

Unfortunately, I could only listen to a couple of minutes of it because the beginning of the introduction was triggering for me. I don't think that most people would have that problem tho.

I'm not familiar with the name, but I think my old therapist must have used it, or something similar to it, with me. I try to practice it often when I'm overwhelmed. It works well for me, as a means of redirection, at least in the short term.
