Chronic pain patient due to Work Injury!

I am patiently waiting for the results of my worker's compensation trial where I had to testify for at least 1 hour as to my present condition from my work injury which occurred many years ago! My condition was made worse by the many surgeries I endured to remove scar tissue to improve my condition, followed by complications to surgery only to be left in worse pain than before the surgeries! The agreed Medical Examiner wrote in his report, I am 100% disabled! I was told I will receive the results to the judges decision in July or August! Has anyone else had a worker's comp trial in Southern CA? I will update you when I get my answer! Signed by, a chronic pain patient from a terrible work injury which changed my life forever!

I have chronic pain from both a work injury and an injury from my Army service. Alot is going to depend on how good your attorney is but I was awarded total disability by a work comp judge. But WC comp continues to screw with mem and we end up going to court time after time. Have you applied for SSD? If not do so now. Good luck
