am I too up?

Hi,
I have taken 300 mgs of Gabapetin three nights in a row.

I wonder if I am too up??? http://www.easyfreesmileys.com/smile...mileys-447.gif
My chest feels a little wound up. I am out of characterly chipper about facing work. http://www.easyfreesmileys.com/smileys/music-126.gif
Weird stuff.
Maybe the dose is too high?

Mari I'm up too. I was thinking that some babies have a hard time going to sleep. I probable was a baby who cried myself to sleep. I don't know for sure. My dad said that I had a low cry.

I don't like going to bed in my bed. I get on the sofa, and sleep. That's near where the TV is. I think that I'm afraid to get into bed. It's very confining. This bed thing might be related to my phobias.

It seems like 11:00 PM,to 6:00 AM,is the time of my sleep related issues, and not going to bed until 3,or 4 AM. I don't know what it is.

Recently before I go to sleep my heart pounds. I feel a little panic off,and on.

Do you know if your parents hugged you if you where crying before bed time when you where a baby? I don't know if mine hugged me. BF:hug::hug::hug:

Hi, Steve,

My mom probably hugged me but I believe that she was very anxious. I was the first born.
Where are you in the line up?

I think you need to just wait and see what the gabapentin dosage does.

Because it kind of tapers down after a while if its like its done for me.

I have to say.

So give it a week or two and see if you stay like that.

maybe not sleeping is changing my moods

Hi,

Las night and the night before I had about 4.5 and 5 hours of sleep. Maybe not sleeping is making me un-depressed.

. . . .or not. . . . . I feel different and I am not sure if it is good or bad.

Very confused.

Mari

I would guess that being able to sleep is helping with the depression.
I would guess its not so much a difference in the amount of depression,
but the amount of being tired. And its that which you are feeling.
You have much more energy right now, because you are sleeping.

Mari I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes you don't know right away. It's very confusing, and frightening. BF:hug::hug::hug:

well I would not call 4.5-5 hours of sleep as enough....that sleep deprivation is going to continue to effect you physically, mentally and spiritually.
