Feldenkrais vs Edgelow protocol

I'm curious to hear from anyone who has tried the feldenkrais method and/or the edgelow protocol. I'm wondering which one you felt was more beneficial? I only have a few months of WC insurance left and I'm desperate to find some help. I'm trying to decide which would be the better method to try. Thank you!

I read a couple of Feldenkrais books and tried doing the exercises on my own.
I did not notice any effect whatsoever after a couple of weeks so I decided not to pursue it further. I thought the exercises were too gentle to have an effect.
Then I tried Edgelow and I saw some improvements (see my thread on Edgelow).

I had Feldenkreis therapy and a course of Feldenkreis "Awareness Through Movement" training - found it very helpful! I am not familiar with Edgelow.

I think the key to Feldenkreis is having someone manipulate and move your body for you. It didn't seem to be a do it yourself thing. Although I did learn some good stretching exercises that I do on my own. But having someone (for example) lift your arm for you and move it about as you passively lie supported with pillows... it's just :o Heavenly!!
