headache for 5 days

hi anyone with hydrocephalus ever wake up with morning headaches? It just starting to go away yesterday and I did not do anything different but long story short woke up with a headache 6 days go in my eyes and it hurts even more when you perform that rollong eye look like when a teenager is annoyed at their parents and roll their eyes. I had it for 5 days and it seemed like nothing helped. I took excedrin migraine relief and it got rid of some of the pain but when I woke up that next morning the exact pain before I took it was back. What do these morning headaches mean? Why am I waking up with these headaches? I am going to the eye doctor this Friday to see if they can find out what is wrong because 5 days is too long for a headache to start going away. :(

I don't drink wine and rarely drink coffee. I haven't had coffee in months but just drink water. Is something happening with the shunt when I sleep at night that causes this? I really don't know what is going on. I went to the eye doctor and she said everything was fine so she wants me to go to my regular doctor for a headache evaluation.
