I changed the camera from one beach to the next one. This one is just around the headland and it gets a better view of the sunrise so I figured I'd leave it for a while. It's raining today, so not great views. It's great to check out when it's sunny, windy and the kite surfers are out and about. I know it sounds weird to be checking the surf when it's only a few minutes away, but it's easier sometimes to see it from the comfort of a warm bed. lol brrrrrrrr

It's 3 in the afternoon here, 6 AM there.... i was watching the sun come up over the water...... BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! thank you Lara

Lovely day on the way. Still dark but that sun will come glowing through any time now.
The people in the water must all be in wet suits. brrrrrr
I'm going out shopping in about 20 minutes. I've found a supermarket that opens at 6am and there is no one ever in there except me. That's my kind of grocery shopping!

added: No waves today. they're calling it Lake Pacific instead of Pacific Ocean. lol
Here's another one a bit further south. Usually there are massive sets coming in there. Not today.

Secret of Survival

From nature comes a secret of survival

While some will falter and fall from a perfect perch,
