Pain in the neck

I know l'hermittes (sp?) is when you bend your neck down you get like shocks down your spine. With me tho, whenever I move my neck down I get a horrible crackling sensation in my neck and spine. Sound familiar to anyone else?

my pain is different, when my neck starts to hurt I have the nerve pain and it is very painful and will shoot all the way down to my fingers sometimes when it is going on. it can get so bad that I can not move my neck or that is another sensation I have to go through.

I have not had the cracking yet. I find that neck pain is the hardest to get rid of. my pain meds works on everything else except the neck but the gabapentin is the only thing that will give me relieve with the pain in my neck.

So, do you think this is MS related? Im not freaking out about it, its just its getting annoying and sometimes its painful.

My wrists crack at times, my neck cracks, my shoulders crack. The wrist cracking seems to coincide with a weather change. The other; IDK. Probably some osteoarthritis (wear and tear) thing and/or CMT thing. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

I'm not 20, 30, 40, or even 50 anymore. Stuff happens with age as well.
