how much thiamine is too much?

I am still trying to repair damage from a thiamine deficiency and I can't find an answer as to how much would be too much to take, or if it needs to be taken with another mineral such as magnesium.

you might check out benfotiamine (fat soluble thiamine) esp if you are a diabetic or alcoholic

Mrsd has written quite a bit about B1 over the years. She has made clear that B1 is safe, and I have seen her suggest 200 in divided doses through the day.

And the benfotiamine form is even more effective, at least for some.

If I were you I would look through past threads for mrsd and B1.
