Hello refinisher,

Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups!

Check out the Traumatic Brain Injury & Post Concussion Syndrome Forum

Also, at the top of that forum are the "Sticky" threads/posts. They contain a wealth of information regarding TBI and PCS.

I'm sure that you'll receive support and information from the members there.
Just click on "New Thread" near the top left of the forum posts and you can start a new thread and introduction if you wish.

take care.

Colloid Cyst

Hello, my name is Cheryl and I have just been diagnosed with a Colloid Cyst in the third ventricle! Just trying to find out as much information from anyone who may have one! I have many questions! Although some very unusual symptoms had me rushed to the ER, where a CT was performed showing I have a very small 4mm cyst, a follow up visit with a neurosurgeon said he did not think the spy's I was displaying was related to the cyst'. Symptoms are sudden severe headaches, dizziness, nausea, confusion to the point of not even remembering being brought to the ER! This has been going on for about 4 months and getting worse! So, if it is not the Colloid Cyst, what else could it possibly be?
