Can ON present like this?

Firstly many thanks to the people that run this forum - I am reading through the threads here and gaining a lot of knowlegde.

I've had an undiagnosed condition for a number of years now. I've had every kind of test going and only know I have Hashimoto's disease and was vitamin D deficient.

Most recently I was investigated for thoracic outlet syndrome and although my C7 vertebrae are a little longer than they should be I do not have TOS according to tests.

The neuro I saw has suggested a nerve block to try and diagnose my problem, which is where I came across ON.

I have a LOT of the symptoms but I think extra ones that perhaps don't fit - if anyone that has ON could let me know what they think I would be really grateful.

Feeling spaced out all the time - brain fog and a hard time concentrating/memory problems.
Visual problems - nothing wrong with my eyesight but depth perception and ghosting problems.
Right side of body feels numb/sensitive - 4th & 5th fingers and toes very numb and tingly.
Constant dizziness and a sensation of falling to the right a lot of the time - dizziness can worsen when lying in bed in a reading position.
2-5 migraines a week (right sided only), daily headache.
Extreme pain that radiates from my right shoulder, down my right arm, right leg and right side of my face - back of head very tender and my right temple feels like it's been poked hard.

There's tons more, too much to write here really! I also find any type of medication has an adverse effect on it, even the thyroid hormone I have to take daily.

These problems seemed to start out with very tight shoulder muscles, and a light feeling of numbness in my face. Then I started feeling spaced out and one night a couple of months later I had an aura migraine very much like a stroke - MRIs of my brain are clear though but I now seem to be stuck in a permanent stroke-like migraine state. I should also mention I have suffered migraine all my life but the type suddenly changed from thumpers to auras over night.

Does ON come and go or can it be there permanently?

Many thanks ... and sorry for the long post! :D
