Help I am new, do I have this?
 

I have been through the works, always feeling off, always being accused of stress/anxiety. But when I got stress/anxiety was around the same time I was really sick after maybe PCS..but now I am suspecting its Fibro. I wake up in agony, stiffness, and morning IBS with terrible nausea that comes and goes. I used be a gamer, still kinda am, can't play as much though due to this. I have been in a mental hospital so sick and ill with loss of appetite. I am on Paxil now for the depression and anxiety, but the aches and stiffness still continue! And I am ALWAYS tired! Even when the nausea is gone from the IBS, I am dealing with more World War 3 symptoms, fatigue!!! I am also experiencing a bit of confusion and brain fog. Any opinions on this?? :(

P.S I go to a therapist and a psych, plus neuro.

Consider

Please go see your primary doctor and talk about whether you could have
fibro or not. With what you are saying so far, there is no way of knowing.

Fibro, is aches and pains of the body. But its all over the body, and there is more than just that to it. So please go see a regular doctor not just
your psychiatrist. If this is part of your problem, you will need another
medication probably.
