we are all confused, ignored or paranoid about diagnoses? It's all over....the map.

And to that list of things that may present similarly, you can add B12 deficiency. Those symptoms are present in many, and there are many being damaged by B12 deficiency. Often ignored (all in the "difficult" patient's head) and then, when damage becomes much worse over time, may be mistaken for MS.
