March 12 I go for a hearing with the BVA over VTell.

The problem is in NYC I am all alone, so I have to convince lawyers I am hurting.

If I fail, I am going to jump in front of a subway train, nothing to lose.

I have been going through this for years, I give.

It's got to the point I don't care about what others think, I was injured in the military, and they should take care of my pain (and they don't).

I'm sorry everyone, but why go on? Why suffer?

Keep fighting. You don't have a chance of finding an advocate or at least someone to help you get through this hearing??

I'm so very sorry you're in such pain and so tired of it all. :(

Don't know what VTell is...:confused:

Some other members have had luck with contacting senators, congress, local politicians... write up your main points & story and the problems you are having with the system..and send it to all of them..

A long time ago another member from here called hsiw posted this in a message for you.

I don't know if you ever saw it or not, but it is a list of Therapists in the New York area who specialize in the area of
Traumatic Brain Injury.
