My visit with doc
 

I've got to have surgery on a lump removal and also got put on high blood pressure medicine. I'm not doing so hot this week. I have a monster living next door to me and the owner of the complex is retaliating, and the fight with in-laws. I've felt like I over cicuitied some these past 2 days but I'll make it cause I'm a survivor.

I'm sorry you are facing all these battles at once. :( One by one they will get resolved. Meanwhile, I know it must be nervewracking, i would be short circuiting too.

Try to take things one day at a time. One hour at a time. 10 minutes at a time, if that is the most you can handle... basically, stay in the present. also try to do some belly breathing.


would you like to share when your surgery is? i don't know if you feel like talking about it or would rather not, but are here for you.

I go see the surgeon on Monday. I have a lump on my backside that needs to come off. I don't have a soul to go with me though for the surgery so far.

A neighbor asked me over for some drinks but I told him I was going to bed early. I feel like sleeping the wole weekend long and not dealing with anyone.

maybe the neighbor is reaching out to you and perhaps he would be willing to go with you on monday?

Thanks. My neighbor that invited me over is moving tomorrow. She does not like the bull that the owners pull on people around here. She told the owner that no one has ever had a complaint on me yet till they put that woman next door to me. The owner made a comment to her that I am a trouble maker. The owner left word on my voice mail Wedneday or Friday giving me heck basically. My neighbor that defended me to the owner told him I don't have to stay here renting from him if I didn't want to. She told him I can move out any day. What the owner and others have always thought that I was living from SS check to SS check every month like most of them here. I noticed when I called the owner late yesterday about my next door neighbor's toilet running he was very nice. I know it's becaue he now knows I don't have to stay here like most people do because they can't afford anything else. He tells others who can't afford to move if they don't like him not fixing stuff that they can move.
