Wow, England decentralizing healthcare...
 

Not going to talk politics, my point in posting this is the comment made about one of the goals being to put more power in the hands of the patients (whoa, what a concept!), removing layers (and layers) of management and bureacracy, and make the system more efficient (which I understand means, put it at the local level).

we need honesty to prevent a catastrophe here and it will be included in the book by news analyst.
