Garlic Helps Fatigue

I had made a healthy lunch consist of salmon, zucchini & yellow squash(lot's of garlic baked on)BBQ vegetarian baked beans. After that meal I had a instant boost in energy and feel so healthy. I am trying to stay away from dairy because I get so fatigue and lethargic. I am looking for more foods that help with fatigue.Suggestions would be great

Garlic helps me with fatigue by keeping others away so they don't pester me. LOL

I take garlic capsules every day.

Ha ha ha

You are a funny one. I like the recipe. I will have to try that out. That is if I can get my mom to cook it for me. I am not that functional in the kitchen. I have found squash to be a great thing. I actually get a little buzzed after eating a big piece of yellow squash. I heard fish oil capsules help. Do you think you would stink like fish if you took these? They sound so gross. :)

What my neurologist and psychiatrist told me is to stay away from food supplements and to supply the natural foods that have the nutrients that are needed and not rely on a bunch supplements....just my 2 cents for a cold bitter one....I can give a few recipes that are real easy just make sure you have a loud timer!!!Don't want to burn anything lol....and yes you will smell like fish or garlic when you burp and too much make your downtown stink male or female!TMI LMBO
