Nausea/dizziness symptom

At least 3 times a week I get the feeling of nausea/dizziness. More dizziness because I can still eat food. I can't figure out if it's from TOS, neck herniation, darvoset, too much caffiene, or all of the above.
I even thought it might be from mold spores or something unknown in the house. But I'm quitting afternoon coffee. I don't drink or smoke, and watch the diet very carefully, yet get this feeling. I hate it.

Anyone else get this too?

I've been using a lot of Splenda, and someone suggested it could be from that. Further research showed that a lot of people suffer from common problems from Splenda. I also haven't been drinking enough water. I'm working on hunting the cause of it.

hi, i get vertigo/dizziness - not all that often but think that its linked to the compression of the vascular system......i defo get more dizziness when im having spells of the good old freezing hands!

i often wake with nausea in the middle of the night - havent worked that one out yet - think pain generally can cause nausea in some people or it could be down to painkillers i take before sleep.
