Tingling in face, hands and feet

I am a 34 year old female. I have not been diagnosed yet with Sjogrens but my doctors are leaning towards that. I have been flipped flopped from neurologist and rheumatologist back and forth since June of 2011. This started with flare ups just when it was cold outside or the wind was blowing.

We'll now it's 95 degrees outside and I feel worse than I ever have. First of June these symptoms started. Right side of my face tingled, my hands tingled, and my feet are cold. They tingle and feel like I'm standing on a bed of needles. My low back hurts and my ankles, knees, and wrist hurts in the joints.

My ears roar and pulsate. My mouth is dry and I drink about 8 to 10 20oz of water a day and at times it feels like that isn't enough. My eyes are extremely dry. I have several drops that I use throughout the day including restasis. My eyes burn and hard to focus.

Now with all that being said....I don't have a diagnosis ....been told it's sic a syndrome, restless leg syndrome, atypical face pain, trigeminal neuralgia, peripheral neuropathy.

It just feels like I am all alone with this. I hate complaining every single day with pain but I hurt and ache all over.

I do have an appointment with John Hopkins at the end of September. I am hoping to find out what's going on....also I have an appointment with Mayo. Not sure if I should keep that appointment or not. Anyways....I'm new to this blog and just scrolling around.

hi kitt....I just came back on line... very interesting trend of thought....do you have a diagnosis ? is it motor neuron disease.
I haven't read my profile in awhile....so I may be repeating myself...but...here goes....it started 2010 .... weak left knee...February 2012 to December 2012 I had right leg and foot drag....first neurology app. November 2012....still no diagnosis....since December 2012..i have had all the twitches, wormy muscles, pain, fatigue, loss of balance...muscle cramps....started walking with a cane , then a walker, and now I am using a walker full time...and still no diagnosis ?

I know I will end up where you are , like you say in your quote but I would really like to know why....how long did it take for you to learn why?:confused:

tingling too

the last couple of weeks I have been tingling too...mostly tops of my feet, I have one toe drop on my right foot, it has started in my hands and up my legs the past few days as well.

I have been waiting for a diagnosis, since 2012, when I asked my neurologist if I should see a rheumatologist he just kept writing in my chart...and did not answer..i am now using a walker full time when outside of my home....

how long did it take for your diagnosis?

I feel your pain !:o
