Physical therapist

I went to PT. I was referred by my pain PA. Therapist spent almost an hour with me and showed me exercises. They are mainly stretching type exercises. I have been doings them regularly. I just wonder if they will help. Anyone find that they help?

My main pain areas are abs, back, and thighs.

PT exercises can be very effective for some things. I've had some that worked very well (and I still do them) and some that did not help a whit. Some I was able to progress with over time, and some I had to back off on and take very easy.

I think PT is always worth a try, but I've found that, like doctors, there are good therapists that care, know their stuff, and communicate well, and there are others that don't. If the therapy isn't working, it may be the therapy, and it may be the therapist.
