help with ncv test results

Hello:
I am new here. I recently got an ncv test due to neuropathy of hands and feet. I got the results and am wondering if anyone can help.(seeing neuro in September).

Result says: evidence of sensory neuropathy as evidenced by absent sensory responses.
The motor was normal.
Where the motor responses are, there are a bunch of numbers(4.3 Ms etc), but on sensory it is blank.
How do I figure out if it is axonal or myelinating.
I also have other symptoms ,brain lesions, dizziness, eye problem, cognitive. Neuro thought it might be MS.
Tested negative for Lyme, lupus,ra, diabetes ,only problem was vitamin D at 8.(now up to 30).
I should mention I have psoriasis.
Thank you

there usually is a conclusion paragraph that sums it all up.

Absent sensory responses--

--as compared to "slowed" ones suggests axonal (nerve fiber) damage, as opposed to demyelination.

Echoes is right, though; there should be some sort of summary paragraph and there should be some sort of graphic chart that indicates the speed and patterns of your responses. It is difficult to imagine they got no sensory response whatsoever from any of the nerves tested--that usually only occurs if the nerve is cut completely, which would certainly effect motor responses, too.

Hello and thank you for answering.

That is the conclusion they wrote. "There is electrophysiological evidence of sensory neuropathy as evidenced by absent sensory responses.Normal motor conduction velocities bilaterally."

I did not get a paper with graphs or anything, they probably did not give me all the papers from the exam.
I also thought it's weird that it's blank where there should have been a least some response. Also, at the sural nerve it says NR ms.
