Hello. . Three Neuro Problems

My girl friend is bed-ridden with neuro problems (in order of appearance):
1. Autonomic Dysfunction, including orthostatic hypotension;
2. Persistent B-12 deficiency (hypersensitivity to cyanocobalamin - infrequent low-dose therapy); and
3. CRPS, secondary to modified radical mastectomy, 1990 (got all the cancer, but got nerves, too!)
Betweem these, and other problems, she's now bed-ridden and loaded with autonomic and sensory problems: cold and heat intolerance, allodynia, hyperalgesia, pain, peripheral neuropathy, and too much to relate. She's productive, again, (from her bed), but suffers.
Any ideas re therapeutics? She has become hypersensitive to meds and our chemical world, so we are somewhat stymied.

Gage,

Regarding the B12 deficiency, please read my site (won't take very long to explore). Cyanocobalamin is not the only option, even though you would think so to talk to most medical people, who are decades behind.

Cyanocobalamin is the least efficient form of B12. The body must be able to convert it to real B12 before it can be used, and some people are not good at that conversion.

And autonomic dysfuncion, orthostatic hypotension, cold and heat intolerance, and all of the other things you mentioned, are on the huge list of things that affect many people due to deficiency.
