Is this a PCS symptom or an eye issue?

A couple of days ago, I started seeing two very bright balls in my vision once in a while. They block my vision and I also see them when I close my eyes.

Is anyone familiar with this?

Followed up by any other symptoms within the next hour to day? Ie headaches or tremors or balance issues?

Both eyes equally, or one eye at times??
Cover one and test to see if same or less/more.
how long does it last?

As kevbo mentioned any new or other sx before or after?

I've had an optical migraine before, it was like fireworks and sparklers going off around me wherever I looked..
I asked co workers if they saw anything weird and no one did, and they didn't know what it might be , so I called eye doc and explained what I was seeing.
They suggested optical migraine, but of course wanted me to come for a check.. it was over with by the time I left work, but I was really wiped out and dizzy afterward. Eye doc did say it could have been a pinched nerve.
I was having on/off neck/shoulder pain due to work.
The episode lasted about 15 minutes or so.. never had any again and never had any migraines before or after that.

This is new. I have had other vision issues related to PCS (seeing haloes, light patches(flash light), double vision, way more floaters). I also noticed that my vision tremors a bit these days (shaky vision). Same symptom in both eyes, so likely brain-related?

I've also had vision problems associated with PCS, mostly double vision and light sensitivity. I went to a NeuroOpthamologist who did vision tests and only came up with some data showing dry eye and gave me a regimen to follow to address that. But she did a BAEP Test (google it) and found that my mid-brain associated with Vision, amongst other things, was indeed not firing correctly. It may be something to look into as now I am in Vision therapy with an OT who is trained in this area. She works on retraining my brain how to see correctly. I've noticed huge results which has been amazing! I think it would be worth looking into. I also have been seeing a CranioSacral therapist and have been getting tremendous results with her as well.

Good luck and I hope this helps!
