I moved your post here to our Spinal forum, it seemed a better fit for your issues.

Have you talked with a surgeon yet to see if any minor /day surgery could fix some of the encroachment issues?

My dad had some bone spurs/calcium deposits causing problems that his surgeon was able to do a day surgery and grind away the worst of it. Just 3 small incisions/holes for the tools to do it.
I'm sure it depends on the exact location where the problem is for each person.

Don't what treatmentwill really work for long?
I see a surgeon who told me to come in his clinic KKT orthopedic spine center he is the director there but other orthopedic told me that this will don't really treat me.

Here complete MRI report

MRI CERVICAL SPINE :
Sequences performed:
Sagittal T1 & T2 FSE; Axial T1 & T2 FSE without contrast.
Axial & sagittal T1 post constrast.
FINDINGS:
-The cranio-cervical junction looks normal.
-Normal alignment of the vertebral bodies.
-There is no significant marrow replacement.
-The cord exhibits normal size & signal intensity.
-The discs retain height & signal intensity without any evidence of significant disc protrusion.
-At C5C6 levels a R. sided osteophyte formation is seen from the lower & posterior margin of C5. It encroaches on the epidural space only without any encroachment on the exiting nerve root.
-The spinal canal is patent.
-No encroachment on the intervertebral foramina is seen.
