Do you weigh every day?

Just wanted to know what you guys think...
Do you weigh every day? or weekly?
I have heard to weigh at the same time in the same thing in the morning, after going to the restroom and before eating or drinking anything.
Is that correct?
I just don't believe my scales...there seems to be such a fluctuation from day to day...if it seems i lost a pound then I worry about being dehydrated...
I think it is time for new scales...
what is the best kind?

Hi Bizi,

I'm not sure what kind of scales are the best but I have heard that you'll get a different weight if you were to move the scale from one location in the house to the other. Mine seem to do just that now that I have moved and have less room to have my scale out in the open in one spot. Either that or I have been gaining excessive amount of weight from day to day when I didn't before.

Good thread Bizi, will be nice to find out how we all feel about weighing daily. :)
I try not to weigh everyday, slipped today and found out i've lost a little bit. :) :Head-Spin:

No I don't weigh daily. I don't want to know. About once a week is more like it. If I get sick or skip meals then I weigh. I also have to store my scales, do to space in the bathroom.

Everyday. Almost. And I have started writing it down on the calendar so I can see trend because day to day doesn't really mean much.

We keep the scale in the kicthen. It's a cheap digital Kmart thing that needs a battery.
