the very first thing you must do is have her evaluated by a good child psychiatrist and have her evaluated for potential medical issues....a good physical.
She may have food allergies, she may jsut be experiencing adolescence with its usual ups and downs. How is her nutrition? exercise?
I wish you luck in all of this.
I am not a mother in case you were wondering....

My 14 y/o started showing signs about the age of 12. He has Tourette's so the doctors were saying he was having associated rage out burst. What ever. They treated him with an anti-depressant, caused him to go psychotic. The first signs are hard to pick up on because you think they are just normal teenage ups and downs. But what really made me know it wasn't normal was when he became irrational and angry followed by tears of remorse (he was truly devasted by his behavior). Hopefully she will not have it but if so know there is alot of good medication and help for children with Bipolar. God Bless. Carri
