The NPF web site has a Parkinson's medic alert bracelet. The bracelet is free but you can make a donation.

If this is the one I think it is - I received one last year and it had a small clasp fastener that as a PwP with small motor skill issues I could not operate! I guess if you keep it on 24x7 you're fine, but I wanted to have the option of "easy on, easy off" :(

Otherwise it's great and a fine idea...
