NeuroTalk Support Groups - Friday 13 "anniversary"

My dear brother passed away on Friday 13 july 1990

17 years ago--in many ways feels like yesterday. I can't remember many things that happened yesterday yet recall vividly that Friday 13th.

How Hot, Who was here, what was said, done--
I was holding my brother's hand when he took his last breath, telling him OK to go, move on-Be FREE --go, fly w/ Angels...

He is --Free--- from the suffering; with Angels, making heavenly music again--his passion & gift that brought joy to many in this Life. He had such a beautiful voice & talent to teach others to sing. his Choirs, musical offerings & presentations are still praised.
He played many instruments but loved pipe organs. We visited many churches where he'd play great pipes. His dream to play at Washington National Cathedral unfullfilled; more heartbreaking were his tears when he'd look at his baby grand piano, too weak to play.

His death brought an end to that beautiful music.
but his "heart song" lives on ... in memories..
his spirit, essence lives on in, as Love, that transcends.

Time .... may ease but has no limit on grief & loss felt.
Miss him as much today as 17 years ago...
He was my only brother & dearest friend; multi-talented, witty, sensitive, brave and so much more....
He shared same name as our grandfather & died on same date-july 13

Lite candle w/ prayer for him, and all the brothers, sons, Beloved special souls that have passed and are sorely missed, but not forgotten.
esp. today on this strange "anniversary" of Friday 13.
