please help..what are these tremors

Hi
I’m 22-year-old female from Turkey.I have hand(especially on my right hand),neck, facial and tongue tremors.Tremors on my hand doesn’t affect my writing but the other things that require attention.Alcohol doesn’t change the tremors. It started with my hands when i was 12 and kept on getting worse. No one in my family has tremors.
All the doctors were insisting on the stress effect but there must be another explanation. One of my doctors wanted me to be tested for Wilson’s disease my MRI was clean and i don’t have kaiser fleischer rings.I will get an urine test this week-end but i don’t think that the tests will show Wilson’s.
I don’t feel comfortable when the wheather is hot and i sweat too much.I have hashimoto syndrome but there’s nothing wrong with my hormones(my blood tests were all normal).
My B12 , D , iron , folic acid levels are low.
I have hipoglycemia but i’m not experiencing its effects.
I was experiencing very bad drowsiness which started 5 years ago i was prescribed Propranolol HCI and Dimenhydrinate. After them i started using low dosed anti-depressant.(i’m still using it.)My doctor told me that because of stress my inner ear fluids’ pressures are changing and making me dizzy. My head feels heavy i feel pressure in my ears when i have this drowsiness.
My liver enzymes are all normal for now but further tests will be done.
I’m having headaches more often than other people i guess.I oftenly feel pain on my shoulder, arms, heart.I can say that i always have a pain in one of those parts.
My heart beat is always fast. When i walk fast or go upstairs i feel bad.My blood pressure is always higher than 90.
I got allergic asthyma in childhood but now it’s all gone.
I will go another brain MRI appointment 3-Tesla contrasted and MR angio.
If you have any recommendations , any ideas please let me know.
