I have always wanted to do yoga, I love the figure of a pilates/yoga workout, but the yoga has always been more difficult for me to get into. I love pilates, and I enjoy and phsically can stretch well, but do you have any experiance in weight control or weight loss with yoga? success stories might help in modivating me a little!
