Nerve Pain/but normal tests any thoughts?

Hi,

I am a 29 year old female who had a car accident back in December of 2011. I had whiplash, muscle spasms and possible nerve damage. Through chiropractic care i felt better, but may have rushed treatment and tried to work at the same time probably was not the best idea. I started to go downhill in Feb when my I had increased pain and injuries not healing... Since then I have had so many symptoms it is not funny. I was healthy before my accident no problems what so ever...I will not go over the stuff I felt months ago but will discuss current stuff. I have sleep issues where I wake up in the middle of the night with burning sensation on arms both. I have excessive urination, no appetite, memory loss, muscle loss, physically difficult to drive, sweating excessive even in cold rooms, unable to reg body tempt, My tests have come back normal and people are stating it is psychological. I do not understand how because I am quite a laid back person.. The muscles in my neck have thinned...Any thoughts advice would help

Hi
When I had my first nerve conduction test it came back normal but then I had it repeated months later and I was dx with PN and then later RSD. I am not sure why later it showed and before it did not. I was dx at 28.
What specialists have you seen? Who dx you with possible nerve damage? Have you had blood work, mris, emg? Have you seen a rheumatologist for the other symptoms?
Sorry to ask so many questions and not give a lot of answers. I'm sorry for all you are going through
