I'm sorry about last night. I wanted you to get some rest. :grouphug:

Hang in there. Life is hard and harder if we're challenged.

It's okay to be tired of it. I understand :hug:

Hi, Molly! It's nice to meet you. :) I have a sister who suffers from headaches like you described, and she says they can be something. :( I don't know much about Chiari, but we do have a forum for Arnold Chiari Malformation. I'll post a link to take you there. Hang in there, Molly. There are a lot of nice people here who would love to help you any way they can. Good luck and best wishes! :)

Molly.

Mollymollymolly!

Nononono. We do not give up here, beautiful. We FIGHT BACK!

I have learned to retreat, regroup and then reload.

When I was diagnosed with MS I turned to liquor every day to cope with all the pain. Physical, emotional and psychological as well as it had reared it's head in my 'prime'.

Fast forward 5 years and I have lost my home, divorced, DUI charge under my belt, and I'm still in a wheelchair from some of the injuries I sustained in a car wreck 3 years ago. *I don't tell you this to compare our lives or fish for sympathy. I just want you to know I'm not blowing smoke. :o

Retreat: Push away from as many of your problems as you can. These things erode you and muss up your thinking.

Regroup: Slowly come up with a plan that will help you. This may include more trips to the doc and finding the right meds to help you.

Reload: Put your plan into action and see what the results are.

These steps can't be rushed and may have to be repeated until you find what works for you. I'm really sorry you had so much pain earlier. Make this a priority to be resolved.

And remember;

You are not alone.:)
You are one of us.:hug:
And we are here to help.:grouphug:

I am the MonSter that MS fears.
