Can spring be far behind?

Breakfast....shrimp & crab omlette 2 cups coffee, black

i want alffe's breakfast. :D

being a lazy butt. just coffee so far. not a good thing. breakfast gets the metabolism going. so cereal it will be. :D

it's going to be in the mid to high 70's, so i hope to do something outside today. kinda humid though.

Coffee~ 130 cal mini breakfast muffins by Quaker... yummo. These were the peanut butter oat flavor.

Good afternoon, I haven't had lunch yet. I worked at this shop in town today. Everyone was so cheerful and nice. Ladies, I lost 8 pounds last week! I can hardly believe it. I have a lot to go tho. It feels good knowing all this effort is payng off. FINALLY!!! It makes me feel like singing.

Oh curious, 70 degress sounds great. It in the forties here. Besure to appreciate it, we all aren't that lucky.

I hope Gaye is doing better. Kinda wondering!!!!!:hug: Bless her heart. Gotta go and eat a sm. amt.

Well, I'm not going to brag about what I did or didn't eat but I did take my dog Sammy for a short (I mean short) walk in the woods this morning. It's nice and sunny today, high about 35 degrees.

I couldn't stand being cooped up again so I went for another walk for myself (poor Sammy, he isn't much fun to walk so sometimes he gets left home) for about a quarter of a mile. It felt pretty good, I am anticipating spring. I forgot to wear my ear muffs though, so I got a teeny headache but it is gone now, so that is a good thing.

I walked around the block yesterday and two walks today, so I am happy about that. It should help my depression a lot, I hope.

This is what it looked like at my house today... Look at the blue sky, Yeah :D
No seventies and humid, but I'll take it. :p

I am going to try to do some cross word puzzels have to make this brain more active...jsut have to am feeling very dull.

I must do something different in my life. I am sick of my self. How do you lmake yourself to be more charitable? less judgemental? more accepting in diversty more careeing and kind, I am not liking myself much these days. feeling my life is a bit shallow.
I need some suggestions on what to do.
I am even grumpy at the grocery store these days, impatient at the smallest of issues...crabby too.
I think I need to change my life style, change my attitude...feel like I am wasting my life...I need a major wake up call of reality....any one want to give me a kick in the pants?
