Recycling just got worse....
 

Our city just took a big step back on recycling.
They will no longer accept glass or plastics 3-7 like they have been. It all goes to landfill now because it was not profitable.
Being environmentally concerned is not always about the money involved.
So mad about this.

Electric cars and solar panels raise plenty of money so there's plenty of excitement there. I guess other less profitable things can be half *** ed.

This was on talk radio when I was driving home. Lots of cities are changing
what they recycle.
Metal and paper are still important to recycle.
