Sleep deprivation = Weight Gain

Absolutely! Anyone recall being a new mom of a kid who couldn't sleep more than a couple of hours? Remember how famished you were? I do! :o I piled on 30 lbs in about a month and a half! :( Get your sleep!! You will lose better--I swear! ;)

When I stay up late I usually eat during that time which is bad.

Me too befuddled, I get tired, achy and want food! Wish I could crave veggies instead of other foods. froggie :)
