Wednesday Roll Call!
 

Did you ever get the feeling that someone was trying to throw you under a bus to save their own skin?
Well, that happened to me twice yesterday. Actually check that 3 times! Basically what I do is make sure that staffing offices are getting their work done so that people can get hired by temp companies. Well, I am being blamed by a client for something that isn't my fault (3 times mind you). The staffing branches think since I am new I am a pushover or stupid. Luckily I have people who have my back and are helping me. Unfortunately I also have people carving me out a new one at the same time. What a pickle.
Luckily that was all yesterday. Hopefully today will be better.:D

I hate it when that happens, jsut stick to your guns and things will smooth out.
Try to remember to not take things personally, that it is your job and you are still in the learning curve so don't be too hard on yourself.
I think you are doing wonderfully holding up and everything!

I only got a few minutes as I am running behind. I forgot I had a hair appointment today so Resa called to remind me. I am excited about tomorrow. I got the car packed but I still have things to do here. I'm getting in flowers so they won't go dry while I'm gone. I need to go eat so better sign off.

Thanks all. My supervisor supported me about the whole thing. You see, most of the throwing happened after I left work for the day and the emails went back and forth.

Well I set everyone straight and the customer is happy. That is the most important thing. To heck with the chick who tried to throw me under the bus.:D
