4 wisdom tooth removal

Two weeks ago I had all 4 extracted. The upper ones seem to be healing well and my left (partial soft tissue impact ion) healing well. My lower right started hurting on the 5th day so the surgeon packed it and removed it two days later with no further packing. The sides near the packing( bordering gum tissue) was white and raw. He gave me an antibiotic mouth wash but no systemic antibiotics. I flush the holes three times a day with warm salt water and rinse with the mouth wash twice daily in addition to daily brushing and flossing.

The lower right is red near the opening of the socket and warm but no discharge. There was a tiny spec of food which came out and I can see a little bit of gum tissue waving back and forth near the bottom of the opening.

Is there a possibility that the red tender site near the opening (a blood clot is visible on the surface) may be an infection?
