Well, what did you have for breakfast, dear Hope?

Actually, NOTHING!

I'm going outside to shovel. It's a great way to lose weight! :p

jsut finished a cup of coffee...must get going today!

I had two pieces of toast with cinnamon sugar and a cup of coffee. For lunch I had 1/2 a sandwich and 1/2 a cup of soup. Gee, I wish I had some snow to shovel! I will walk on the treadmill or something at the gym while my daughter is at a roller skating party. Of course, roller skating would be more of a work out - you know, getting up every time I fall!!!

No skinny butts allowed! LOL...getting up after falling..loved it!!

Ok, breakfast was plain yogurt with fresh blueberries on top. V8 Juice.

lunch was 3 rolled up turkey slices in 3 big lettuce leaves. 15 almonds.

My hubby was not at home last night and when he is out of town, I sleep worse than I normally do. I am really out of it today!

I got up very early and had yogurt with a tablespoon of Grape Nuts cereal on top and 2 small bananas. And, my morning meds, of course, which are a small meal by themselves. LOL

I have to make it to the Dollar Store today to get a few things and that will be my one and only event!
